“GLOBAL SPORT MARKET LTD. is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 206498047, registered office and management address. Varna 9000, 4 Georgi Rakovski Street, floor 2 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). The Company operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. This information is provided to inform you about all aspects regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company and the rights you have in relation to this processing.
Art.1. Objectives and scope
- the purposes and means of the processing of personal data;
- the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed;
- the basis for processing the personal data (the mandatory or voluntary nature of the provision of the data), as well as the consequences of refusing to provide the data;
- information on the right of access, rectification and erasure of the data collected.
The controller shall process personal data through a set of operations which may be carried out by automatic or other non-automatic means, such as collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, provision, updating or combination, blocking, erasure and destruction for the following purposes:
- personal data (email, name, etc.) and the purpose for which it is collected:
– contacting the user and sending information to the user;
– for the purpose of user registration in the online store.
- for making the delivery (names, telephone, address, etc.) and the purpose for which they are collected:
– performance of the administrator’s obligations under a contract of sale and purchase and delivery of the purchased goods.
- we collect data about your device and how you and your device interact with our products and the purpose for which it is processed:
– We collect information about the features you use, the items you purchase and the websites you visit.
– we collect data about the device and network you use to reach our products. This includes details of operating systems and software applications installed on your device, including product keys. Also included are the IP address, regional settings and language settings.
Basis for processing of personal data – acceptance of the general terms and conditions and placing an order between the Administrator and the Customer create a contractual relationship on which basis we process your personal data – Art. 1, б. (b) GDPR. for one or more specific purposes.
The data we receive from you voluntarily is stored so that we can send you the e-newsletter if you have subscribed to it. The newsletter and promotional messages – the purpose of this operation is to administer the process of sending newsletters to customers who have opted in to receive them.
Data subjects have the right to request and obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether and how their personal data is being processed by sending a free text request to the e-mail : contact@sportcityshop.com. You have the right to access the data relating to you and the information concerning the collection, processing and storage of your personal data. Specifically, you are entitled to:
- the right to rectification or completion of your personal data – at any time you may rectify or complete inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you. For this purpose you need to contact us at contact@sportcityshop.com.
- the right to erasure of your personal data – you can ask the Controller to erase some or all of the personal data relating to you and the Controller has the obligation to erase it. For this purpose you should send by e-mail: contact@sportcityshop.com request for deletion of your personal data in free text.
- the right to restrict access to your personal data – to request the Controller to restrict the processing of data relating to you by sending a request in free text by e-mail: contact@sportcityshop.com.
- the right to portability of your personal data – if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data or the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract with the Controller, or if your data is processed in an automated manner, you can request the Controller to provide you with your personal data and transfer them to another Controller, for this purpose a request is sent in free text by e-mail: contact@sportcityshop.com.
- Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data – you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with a request addressed to the Controller of contact@sportcityshop.com. The Controller shall indicate to the subject in what way the erasure will affect the relationship between them in the future.
Art.2 The personal data of the CLIENT will be used only for the purpose of administration of a specific order. The CLIENT’s personal data will be stored in compliance with all security and confidentiality requirements. Only authorised persons will have access to this data. The Controller shall not disclose personal data information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, unless required by law. The controller does not transfer your data to third countries. Data of a personal nature may be provided to the Attorney General’s Office, the police, the courts and other competent state authorities, on the basis of and within the framework of legal provisions, as a result of explicitly formulated requests.
Art. 3.The controller stores your personal data for a period no longer than the existence of your account in the online store. After deleting your account, the Administrator shall take reasonable care to delete and destroy all your data.
The Controller stores your personal data provided in connection with online orders for a period of 5 years for the purpose of protecting the legal interests of the Controller in legal or administrative disputes with users of the online store.
Article 4 If you believe that your rights under Regulation 2016/679 have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission as follows:

ANNEX 1 – DECLARATION of consent to the processing of personal data by trader , courier and manufacturer/supplier.
When you submit an order for contacts, you are deemed to have given your consent by completing the following declaration:
“I give my consent for my personal data collected and processed by GLOBAL SPORT MARKET LTD in connection with my online order or enquiry to be provided to GLOBAL SPORT MARKET LTD partner companies for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the order.
I am aware of the voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of providing it. I am aware that I have the right to access, rectify and delete the data collected.”
